If you are looking for a great real estate agent, I highly recommend Aron Weisgerber. He is an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Aron took my girlfriend and I to well over a dozen homes spread all over from Front Royal in the north down to Charlottesville in the south and west to Harrisonburg up to Luray. He was patient with us and answered all our questions, readily sharing his extensive knowledge of home construction as well as issues with various homes that he noticed. When it came time to submit an offer, he oversaw the entire process all the way through closing and beyond. He leveraged his contacts to recommend a great mortgage lender who was easy to work with, and to coordinate all of the home, radon, pest, well, and septic inspections. He was fully present at the walk through and checked everything to ensure repairs were made to his satisfaction. We really were impressed with Aron. He is a great guy to know, and we couldn’t imagine anyone doing a better job than he did for us. Five out of five stars.

Aron did a great job representing me to purchase my land. The seller had no counter offer to my first offer, and I had moved on to looking at other properties. Aron stayed in contact with the seller for months afterwards, and the seller ended up taking the original offer! I got the land for 20k less than the asking price.

When he shows you property, he often arrives with a tool belt which he uses to check HVAC, plumbing, construction quality, etc. He has an eye for detail and anticipates and notices things that might be a problem for a buyer (roof condition, venting issues, even dead trees that may need to be removed.) He gets to know his clients and makes every effort to guide you through the search. Aron did an amazing job and was extremely patient during our home buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had for during our buying process.
